An informative, quick video.

Mentions Glutathione. Glutathione is important for us all. First experience with Glutathione was when hubby had Lyme Disease and got injections of Glutathione. Now we have a tube of the stuff which he takes periodically (tube is $75.00 and not easily obtained, sometimes need an RX).

Nutritional foods and exercise seem to be the standard answer from most medical and health professionals. Nourish our bodies, mind and soul and keep the blood flowing and the muscles active.

Do the best you can for yourself each day. Try not to obsess over things we can't control.

I never knew what NP was. I had a vague idea they were not "Real" doctors but more like chiropractors or veterinarians. Dr Mischley's video belies that idea. She has multiple Masters and PhD degrees in medical sciences.

I'm with you. Hubby and I eat yogurt and cottage cheese regularly.
