Does that law follow a perrson to locations away from the nursing home?

i dont know where you live exactly and laws but i say use it anyway if it helps..........hang tough...from colorado.........

Yes, the law applies to you when you leave the nursing home. However, there are many states that allow medical use of THC which you can get from a licensed dispensary.

Check and see if your state is 1 of them.

I agree with beehive. If it helps and if you can find a reliable source, screw the federal law.

The federal government considers THC a gateway drug meaning if you use it you will immediately go straight to heroin.

To be candid, when I'm wrestling with trying to maintain my life with Parkinson's, the very last thing I care about is what the federal government thinks or does.
