I wish to involve voluntaries for an Home Made Test.
It is based on this personal experience: every time i eat liver for dinner (alone or with a few light vegetables - es. cucumber - never had for breakfast or lunch) after digestion i feel better that after any other food for the entire night (until the next morning pill and the breakfast).
I know that liver (and entrails in general ) are s called super foods (it has B vitamins, good fats, all amino acids easily absorbable) but I'm curious to know someone else experience.
Who wants to try, pls share here your outcome or let us know if any food makes you feel better than any other

Perhaps you're deficient in a nutrient that liver provides for you to feel the noticeable benefit - could be copper, b12/b9 (more bioavailable), heme iron, etc. Eating liver improves your liver functions, so you should definitely keep up your continual consumption as long as you enjoy the taste and notice benefits. Try to get organic liver or calf liver to avoid accumulated toxins. I enjoy liver occasionally but my taste buds tell me I had enough when I overdo it. You might also want to try an active B formulations to see if it has a similar effect, such as PE B-Complex Plus.
Might be the choline. Note that choline consumption is associated with increased risk of certain cancers (e.g., prostate); and there's a theoretical risk of cardiovascular disease due to TMAO production, but see:
That said, I take a CDP-choline supplement since I am more worried about neurodegeneration than cancer or CVD (and I don't have a prostate and I eat a very low sodium diet). I may switch to alpha GPC.
I had forgotten why I had chosen CDP-choline and that video was the reason - thanks so much for the reminder.
She discusses Lactobacillus casei Shirota & I recently started taking a shot of Yakult each day, though my constipation is pretty much fixed by eating teff porridge. I still use miralax also (which by itself doesn't do much). I think the Yakult might help a little bit with sleep and anxiety, too - but just a bit. I stated taking Yakult since a small study found it reduced the rate of respiratory tract infection.
I just go by the guide lines my grandmother passed down, from a time when you decided on your meals and planned weeks ahead.
Liver eat every two to three weeks . Organ meats: heart, liver kidney etc , are very high in important nutrients but should be considered as delicacies and not over consumed. If you are getting extra energy from liver try beef heart , We always stay away from tripe.
