My husband has recently started suffering with restless legs which is keeping him awake at night. Has anyone had success in treating this or alleviating it. He is a driver so can’t take any medication that would cause daytime sleepiness. Many thanks x

Magnesium oil sprayed on the affected area and you can use one of those Homedics massagers that have a percussion balls on the end.
