Liposuction for stem cells

Stem cell therapy has long interested me. I found an article showing treatment can be done in the exam room. Bone marrow is one source for stem cells. But subcutaneous fat is a much better source. For treatment of my torn Achilles tendon I had a hole drilled into my hip bone and marrow sucked out. Then it was injected into and around the tendon. It didn't fix the injury. The article said there are thousands more stem cells in one cc of fat compared with one cc of marrow. So I collected 40cc of fat by injecting lidocaine into my 'spare tire' then sucking fat the same way it's done for liposuction. When I had 40cc I divided it into two 20cc syringes and ran it through a centrifuge. This separated the fat into three distinct liquids. The middle segment contains all the stem cells. But when I put it into the centrifuge I didn't seal the top of the two tubes. So the centrifuge sprayed fat all over. Cleaning the centrifuge took three hours. That's when I gave up and opted for surgery. I've done it successfully for cases of ACL injury in dogs. The stem cells trapped in the stifle joint made a new ligament. I've done it for 20 or more cases of ACL or Achilles or shoulder injury.

I would like to urge extreme caution. Please research dopamine replacement cell therapy only ie replacing dopamine cells that have been affected by Parkinson’s. All other approaches are unproven, costly and could be providing false hope. There is an excellent film by Professor Kordower on stem
