after a traumatic emergency admission with an infected gall bladder I am now home with a drain in and waiting to have my gall bladder removed but my requip is not working ! I am the worst I have ever been. I can find no info on drug interaction . Has anyone any experience of similar situation? Sharon

Oh yuck, you poor thing. My guess would be the increased stress of the infection is exacerbating the PD so your normal doses aren't quite doing it. How fun is that drain. :( Blech! I hope that gall bladder is removed quickly. Me as a nurse I've never heard of an interaction between those two meds - the best person to verify this would be your pharmacist. That gall bladder needs OUT so you can start feeling better!

I have found Drugs.com to be a great source for interactions. You can type in the name of your medication and then choose the "drug interactions" category. They have Severe, Moderate and Mild interaction categories.

I take Azilect, there are so many things that are contraindiczated with it so I have it saved to my favorites.

I did look up requip and augmenten and did not see it listed
