It is possible that because of Thiamine HCL the off periods last longer, occur more often and become more intense? I don't know what to do right now. I'm hoping somebody can help me.

HCL and off's
Yes, I would take a rest from it for min 10 days, and then start again reducing the current dose by half..
Thanx! 🙏🌺
I agree with dadcor. Take notes, if you follow dadcor's advice. You're looking for symptom improvement while you are off B-1. If you notice symptom improvement, then your current dose is likely high according to what Dr. Costantini told us. The sooner the symptoms improve, the closer you are to your ideal dose is what Dr. C told us and it so far has been working out that way. If it takes a few days or more to see improvement while off of B-1, he has said that your current dose is too high and a larger dose reduction is likely needed. If you can remember pretty accurately and you did get initial improvement from B-1, how soon did you notice benefit after starting B-1? How soon did you notice a decline in any benefit?
Have you ever noticed any improvement that you attribute to B-1? How did you decide on the dose that you are currently using and what is that dose? How much do you weigh? Are your symptoms normally mild, moderate or severe? If you initially noticed improvement, but then those improvements started declining and your symptoms started to worsen, this is again an indication that your dose is too high. The 10 days that dadcor mentioned should be sufficient to let your B-1 level drift back to its native level. If you see no improvement at any time while off of B-1, it is possible you are not a responder to B-1. Some people do not respond to B-1, but the majority of people do. Dr. C said a dose that is too low will likely offer no benefit at all, but it should not worsen symptoms. A dose that is too high can actually worsen symptoms to worse than has been previously seen before. Any increase in symptoms from a dose that is too high have always returned to normal once the dose is lowered or stopped.

I have started taking Bisolvon, for off periods works so far.
But Bissolvon is against coughing and phlegm in the throat.
There ha s been studies in America with the drug Bromhexine for off time in Parkinson's it was on this site I read it. So I use it when Sifrol wears off just one tablet is enough. There were other people saying Benadryl works too but it did not for me. I like bisolvon.
