weird symptoms anybody else have them

I have these weird symptoms off and on. They have all lasted about a month or 2 and then went away. I have had pain in my feet that it is painful to walk.Weak and painful thighs. Pain in arm opposite side of elbow. Pain in neck shoulder. I have gotten these at separate times and they have all gone away. Right now I have lower back and hip pain and weak legs. It just seems odd that they come and go.

I have sporadic pains as well. I found taking magnesium supplements help. I think it’s probably related to diet and availability of certain vitamins and minerals such as B vitamins and magnesium especially.
