My husband has protein powder on his cereal and in prune juice. He also takes Movicol from time to time. We might try the Remag & MD.

Milk of magnesium you can find that in any grocery store, I usually take extra, but it will give you diarrhea. I don't have to since doing remag.

Remag, Anderson md minerals this won't give you diarrhea. , take extra magnesium malate pills for constipation to get things moving I'll take 5 or 6 , just be near a bathroom. AMAZON has all

Do you hide the Remag in anything? It was recommended to me by a nutritionist; I had a strong aversion to the taste.

No, I just drink, I'm sure you could mix it with something, just drink lots of water and you can sip it during the day in more water.
