Welcome on board Bikeroo.

Could you be more precise in your question ?

Quite a few of us are on the natural path or a mix of natural and pharmaceuticals.

So we can suggest stuff if you give some more background info as to what you are taking at present and how long you have been diagnosed 🌺

Hi Bikeroo.

I hope you manage to find something that suits you. I have been able to overcome most of my Pd symptoms, but did take some Pd medication. I feel sure that you, can do so, without taking any Pd medication, if you are prepared to put in the effort.

Look at my website reverseparkinsons.net and contact me. I will give you all the help I can, free gratis and for nothing.

Hello Bikeroo, go onto theparkinsonsplan.com it’s about a supplement called Amino acid, called the Hinz protocol, Dr Marty Hinz, my wife had Parkinson’s, we are now looking into this treatment, we have a friend who has been on this and he is now almost Parkinson’s free and back to normal. All the best

Natural ways

I know of no treatment that I would consider unnatural. Magic has not been a part of the usual treatment for many years. All the PD meds presribed by docters are derived from plants, the particular substance is purified and presented in a pill form in very exact proportions.

Exercise is the number one treatment after your prescribed medication. Next comes food and supplements and then stress management.

Old wives tails that not taking medication now lengthens the time that you will have to take medication are proven false. Not taking medication results in inability to exercise and then results in a down hill spiral of diminishing abilities.

I am 72, diagnosed at 50 , it is doable and live-able and very complicated , go to a Neuroligist and do what he tells you. Then get exercise.

You are inspiring to have been living with PD for so long and presumably still doing well. Thanks for sharing!
