Do's not hurt much unless I lay on my right side in bed. Then I experience "shooting" pain along my right arm.
Occasionally, severe muscle cramps in calf of leg.
Thank you, my question is because y begin to have a little pain in my back under the shoulder, probabily is nothing.
I hope you feel better every day
Regards.

Pain is a more common symptom of Parkinson's than is often acknowledged.
Treat it like every other symptom change and tell your doctor about it. They can help decide if it is PD or something else. Pain is one of the first symptoms to reappear when my husband needs his medication increasing.
Frozen shoulder is common in PD, especially the non-tremor type, which I have. Pain accompanied my frozen left leg and still does. Pain is the signal my meds are wearing off. Sharp pain, dull pain, stabbing, burning, you name it, it comes and goes all day long
Yes very useful
I will try the Magnesium for my husband , Do you think it will interfere with Warfarin?
My husband is now 80 . but he has had painful shoulder since in his early thirties .Had physio all sorts of treatment told him his spine was bent to one side LOLOLOL...
He swam most days of his life until he was 70 and was diagnosed eventually with Parkinson's .
The Parkinson's awareness programmes are so important . Wish they had been around all those years ago . Having said the he , or should I say WE , just got on with it .
Once on Sinemet he has never ever complained of shoulder neck pain !
He does get knee pain and if I accidently bump or knock into him he will shout out . Something that wouldn't have happened before . He seems to be much more sensitive to everything . whether Noise or surprise . etc .
my pain is so bad that almost every night from early evening on i cry in pain which is out of character for me. i had natural childbirth and it was not as bad as this.my legs hurt so much on a night after i have worked that i am miserable.so yes it is my experience that parkinsons is painful.
Ihave pain everyday. Sometimes it is hard to tell if it is from the PD or PMR.
Yes, pain is the most difficult to learn to live with.
Since the first simptoms.
I fell like i'm allways suspence by my neck. Sometimes it's more tight than others.
Is started coconut oil, and fell a litle relief.

I have had a lot of pain since I was diagnosed. Eventually I found magnesium, has made life much more bare able. I no longer have any where near as much pain and the cramps gone. I now give it my husband who does not have PD but was having bad cramps and tight muscles.
