Secondary effects

Hello group, I´m 47 years old just diagnosed 5 months ago by early parkinson. I´m am taking pramipexol 0.7 and rasagilina. Initially I had very hard side effects, after 3 months I started with a Keto diet and it help me a lot to improve the secondary effects of the drugs.

Does anybody improved side effects in parkinson though diet or any other specific activity?
