Thank you for posting that. It's very inspiring. I have a pulled muscle in my leg right now which makes it very frustrating as I want to exercise and exercise and exercise.

I finally had time to watch the webinar. It's surprising that there hasn't been more comments. One of the moderators has PD. She says with daily exercise she no longer gets "off" periods. In fact if she stops exercising the off periods come back within a couple days. Also she's been able to decrease her PD medication amounts.
