Your best bet is power to keep the cost down. You can also choose to get veg caps to make your own pills.
You can buy pure thiamine powder in bulk. But it is quite bitter, so if going this route you may need to put it in capsules, although some people get it down with applesauce or the like
If you are in the UK, try G&G Vitamins either direct or via Amazon. They may well ship internationally?
