youtube.com/watch?v=QtS18HE... Don't know if this will work. I'm a veterinarian interested in alternative remedies such as ozone treatment. Ozone is what makes the sky blue. Ozone has been used for treating disease, purifying water and sterilizing surgical instruments for over 100 years. It's a popular treatment for chronic Lyme Disease. Ozone specialists say most all diseases are the result of poor oxygen levels in tissue. Low oxygen leads to poor mitochondria and starts a cascade of illnesses. The video is of me getting an ozone treatment into my Achilles Tendon. I've had Achilles insertional tendinopathy for 30 years.

found this on medline:

Abstract

Parkinson's syndromes are present frequently in the third age, with a high tendency to produce disability. The aim of this paper was to study the effectiveness of ozone therapy in the improvement of the elderly autonomy, as well as the quality of life of patients suffering from Parkinson's syndromes of different nature, taking into account some therapeutical properties of ozone. A sample of 90 patients with this diagnosis were treated with rectal ozone (during 20 sessions) and physiotherapy. A complete neurologic and psychometric examination was performed to each patient, at the beginning and the end of the treatment. The results demonstrated that all symptoms and signs studied improved after the treatment, fundamentally the rigidity and tremor (93 %), the gait (86 %) and the bradyphrasia (83 %). The daily life activities improved in 79 % of the treated patients. No side-effects or intolerance were observed.

I can't find the abstract now. I recall the author is named Menendez, a physician in Cuba. Because of embargoes since the 1950's Cuba couldn't get medications. Doctors like Menendez became very good at using ozone because it's effective and more importantly it's cheap. I use it daily in my veterinary practice. One of the looming problems right now is drug resistance. There are infections out there that no antibiotic can cure. Ozone works very well on these diseases.

The abstract from Dr Menendez shows that RI-- Rectal Insufflation--is an easy way to get more oxygen into the body. Sounds gross, and it can be as I've found, but it works nearly as well as intravenous injections of ozone. Plus avoiding IVs means no chance of emboli. It takes maybe $500 for the equipment. There are a lot of videos in u-tube showing how to do rectal insufflation. Essentially one inflates an enema bag with ozone then using a rectal catheter transfers the gas to the colon. The ozone is absorbed into the portal system and liver. Dr Shallenberger has written books on the subject. He says ozone makes the 2,3 DPG enzyme work better. This is the enzyme that transfers oxygen from the air to the red blood cells. He shows it improves mitochondrial function all over the body.
