Colase, magnesium and ozone is too much??

Sorry if this is TMI. For the past 3 months I was living on my mom's couch in Colorado Springs as we were arranging for my dad's internment in the Pikes Peak National Cemetary. Dad's last wish was to ge buried with his army pals. And after two years of red tape we got it done.

Before traveling to Colorado Springs we packed up everything. I kept shorts and t-shirts and my funeral suit. Everything else was taken to our new home in Connecticut. Including my ozone setup.

Constipation from Parkinson's Desease has been my major symptom for months. RI ozone handled it nicely. But without ozone in Colorado I was reduced to Colase, magnesium chews and Prep-H lotion. So I did that last night.

But in our new house I was able to set up my ozone kit. Last night I took a colase and magnesium chew.

And this morning was able to do RI. 200cc at 40 gamma. When it was done it felt okay; No serious cramping.

I had taken a shower then did the RI. While getting dressed I felt the first twinge. I ran back into the shower and tried--and failed--to undress before a deluge began.

I turned on the cold water. Semi-solid material kept coming. And kept coming. And kept coming.

Eventually it stopped and I got cleaned up again.

The shorts and underwear went into a ziplock bag, then covered garbage can then into the outdoor dumpster.

Bottom line is rectal insuflation is a powerful remedy

How did you come about deciding to do RI? Sounds pretty dramatic. Have you considered things like MiraLAX?

I have BPH; benign prostate hypertrophy. Internet friends with prostate disease have found improvement of signs with rectal insufflation (RI). PSA is the main blood test for prostate disease. If the PSA is 4 or larger surgery is recommended. Guys have mentioned RI dropping their PSA into safe levels. That was my reason for trying RI. As a side-effect it treats constipation. Last test my PSA was 0.5. My grandad and dad developed prostate cancer. Dad's PSA was over 100 before he opted for surgery. Doctors say my history means prostate cancer is in my future. Dad was never normal after surgery. So I'm hoping RI will prevent that future for me.

So it's been a year. I've found that one Dulcolax (bisacodyl) with lunch causes a BM the following morning. But now I live in fear of running out of Dulcolax.
