You choose what you want to believe. I diagnosed 2017 at Swedish Medical Institut in Seattle and I choose to deal with this without medication. You need to decide to become a totally new person to change all old habits, beliefs, people, etc. I am working on those two years. I said that Parkinson is a choice but the process of changing isn't easy. We are all different so everyone needs to figure out what to change. Chinese medicine deals with the cause not with symptoms. You know that this unhealthiness is complex and takes time to back to homeostasis.

As everything is vibration, illness is nothing but disharmony of vibration. It is therefore quite obvious that such disharmony can be influenced by different vibrations. And that means: through music, colors, scents, and quite understandably through our thinking.

It’s all a matter of energy - and vibration. We can, for example, regard man as a musical instrument. Music and tones, as we know it, are also vibrations. If an instrument is not harmonized, it produces disharmonic tones. Man is such an incongruous instrument, which constantly produces disharmonic tones, which means: aggression, conflict, resentment.

You lend your puzzles.

The vibration needs to be aligned with the desire. The recovery desire should be strong and firm.

I could write all day the cure is in you so look for it.

I would recommend a book Ask and it is given - Learning to Manifest Your Desires by Esther and Jerry Hicks

All the best

I second Bass’s sentiment and thank you for writing so fully. However, I think it’s a misconception that we Parkies have done ‘something wrong’ that led us to where we are. I am the guy in my friendship group who probably ate better and exercised more like any of us and I was the one who got this crap disease. An acquaintance of mine got it after a car crash and another following childbirth. It also has to be acknowledged that PD is more common as one gets older and thus we would have to conclude that there are degradations at cellular and DNA levels that are due to ageing and are certainly not indicative of any bad habits.

When I was dxed in 2015, I was definitely going to ‘beat it’. It’s easy to say this when ones symptoms are mild, but as time goes on it can get quite scary: fasting, juicing, meditating, hard exercise, supplements. None of these have really stopped my progression sadly, which whilst thankfully slow, is still apparent.

Good luck with vibrating🤔. Look me up in two years time tell all?

We have done nothing wrong, but we will be blamed for life choices. As a food lover, I have been blamed for my obesity and diabetes. The doctor who diagnosed me for Parkinson’s practically shamed me with my diagnosis. However, he did have a point: weight and other medical issues are things that complicate Parkinson’s.

I wish people were more compassionate. I have lost a ton of weight and my diabetes is fully under control. Yet I do feel guilty.

F--- your doctor, it is not your fault no way. Id use more profanities but i don't want to get banned. Unless you drank mptp or rotenone on purpose, you are not to blame

Thanks. Yes, I am still livid after all these years. I don’t go back to him. Haven’t since 2014.

Jeeves my good mate, I deleted my comment because after posting it and rereading it, i felt it could be taken as mean spirited.

Basically, without reading the book, I presumed it was similar to the placebo effect .
