Thanks for the info. I’ve read that dance and music increases dopamine and notice I feel better after dancing in my kitchen!!

I’ve been doing Dance for PD for several years. It’s terrific for physical, cognitive and emotional needs. It’s another whole support group with an exercise foundation.

It’s worth everything you put into it
