Hi all, yesterday I started a "dance for pd" class, a regular program of the Mark Morris dance company. What an upper! The irony is, I covered just such a class when I was a staff reporter. And now here I am in one, something I never would have anticipated. So, something new to add to the exercise landscape. Has anyone else participated in these?

Yes, I have attended two sessions. The dance steps are beneficial and make you raise consciousness to movement. It is comforting to see so many people in my boat and a little scary to see those with disabilities. Overall very beneficial and enjoyable.
This is the most wonderful class. I've been going for over a year and do anything I can to not miss a session. The teachers are exceedingly well trained and caring. It's a support group for your body, cognition and emotions. Enjoy.
I would recommend them they are fantastic and there is no shame in making mistakes you just do what you can . it also gets you out if the house and meet people.
The most staggering thing you notice that everyone is different no two set of symptoms seem to be the same
