The Korean paper reminds me of a somewhat similar paper published last year (USA databases):

Anti–Tumor Necrosis Factor Therapy and Incidence of Parkinson Disease Among Patients With Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018):

That 2018 paper triggered a bunch of articles, the best of them (IMHO) being from AlzForum and SoPD blog.
