This is one of my 40+ supplements that i take daily. I researched Lion's Mane a LOT on Amazon and found this one to have the MOST potency: 4,200 mg per dose.

I remind everyone I have NOT been dx'd with PD.

I am dealing with PD-like (albeit very very very mild) symptoms.

Thank you! The explanation in the video is very enlightening. Hereby also for those interested the information from the discussed research:

“Hericerin derivatives activates a pan-neurotrophic pathway in central hippocampal neurons converging to ERK1/2 signaling enhancing spatial memory”

Ramón Martínez-Mármol, a o

As a layman, it is difficult to judge this research for quality, but the results are promising:

“Our study demonstrates that hericene A promotes neuritogenesis and that this effect can be achieved at very low concentration both in vitro and in vivo. The highest contents of hericene A were detected in H. erinaceus A1 extract, compared with the other species. To increase the production of these compounds, it might be possible to engineer new methods to improve selection of specific H. erinaceus strains based on their ability to produce larger quantities of hericene A derivatives. We should also provide an additional step towards hericene A-enriched H. erinaceus, marker compound-based standardization for sustainable use of dietary supplements and medicinal products from H. erinaceus. Based on our results, we suggest that the administration of hericene A from H. erinaceus may be useful to ameliorate brain function and disorder-related pathologies in in vivo neurodegenerative disease models. Although further studies are required to test this hypothesis, our report represents the first step on exploring the potential nootrophic benefits from hericene A compounds isolated from the mushroom H. erinaceus”

4200mg in 2 capsules. It’s an extract of lions mane. I wonder if that is as effective.

very interesting. This one you mentions above is definitely just the extract as it is saying there is 4200mg in 2 capsules which would be enormous.
