Did anyone hear that apple cider vinegar with mother helps with PD

I have been using it for a long while and although it doesn't help with PD symptoms it is very good for other things like B/P cholesterol ect..for overall good health.

I use 1 tablespoon of apple cider with 4 oz of water and a little sweetner due to taste.i use it before bedtime every night.use bathroom usually first thing in the morning.Some people use a bit more cider but this amount works for me

Is it has to be taken with tap/ room temperature water? Would you pls. share the benefits your have been observing after taking it.

You can use cold or room temp water and it helps my bowels move much better and helps with body odor keeps gut healthy and helps with digestion
