Hi I don’t have Parkinson’s but The Doctors call it Parkinson isms, due to a tramatic Brain injury I had several years ago sand have been on Sinemet ever since. But I’m having a difficult time with shuffling my feet when I try and walk and my gait is awful I’m on 200 mg of Cinemet 3 times a day but having more side effects as they decreased the dose! How can I get the right dose? I know it’s hit and miss but I don’t want to keep having my Neurologist’s change the dose! Any ideas?

I hope someone can help with advice.?? Please!!
Why did your neurologist decrease the dose?
I recommend you start studying everything you can find related to your situation, and to natural healing, in general, until you feel competent about understanding your own body, and can begin to make decisions on your own, and then you can stop being a neurological experiment, and start taking responsibility for your own health.
I know this is a challenging concept for many people who are accustomed to depending on md's, but that's what I and many others have done. I haven't seen a neurologist for more than ten years, and have depended on a regular doctor just to renew my prescription of c-dopa/l-dopa.
i believe You can find more info related to your situation on this HealthUnlocked website than anywhere else I have seen, if you use the Topics tool to research.
