I’m not fond of FB and my husband doesn’t want me to be a part of it. I probably will not be able to join. But thank you.

You have no idea how much I was taking

What is considered high dose, taken orally, 100, 300, 500? Thanks

Four grams

What does that mean? 100 mg? 200?

Low dose

1 gram is 1000mg, so 4 grams is 4000mg
