I have thought about this.It really makes sense.It has been found through research that the only thing that delay progression of PD is exercise,and one symptom of PD is insomnia or sleep problems.So,adequate sleep,exercise and good diet can increase the generation of new brain cells.

Omega 3 and zinc - tick

So that's why I'm doing well after nine years!!

I’m down with this. Cycle 4/5 x week.

Yoga. Drink a glass of red wine daily as well as dark chocolate. I feel the results.
