Hi NanCyclist. People with Pd are able to dance properly because they use their conscious brain to control their dancing. What they all have to do is to use their conscious brain to control all of the other actions that don't work properly.
Cycling also works properly for Pd sufferers, for the same same reason.
If you, or anybody else wants to learn how to use your conscious brain to walk properly, bring food to your mouth without spilling it and write properly, then look at my website - reverseparkinsons.net and contact me. I will help you to start using your conscious brain and start to reverse your Pd symptoms at no cost at all to your self.
Walking "properly" is easier if you have two good legs and feet. With an artificial joint in one big toe that is quite painful if I bend it too far and residual scar tissue from knee surgery that swells and hurts if I overdo, I have to find other ways to exercise. Walking is great John, but there is no one panacea for PD. I find to imply that if we follow your protocol everything will be fine is a real disservice (although well-meant) to those of us who try our best and will never experience your freedom from symptoms. It feels as though we are guilty for not trying hard enough or properly enough. Guilt is not helpful. Your protocol is one option, not THE option.
