Cool video on gut mucosa and immune system

Perhaps this is a bit off-topic, but I know many are interested in gut health. I was reminded of the video by a post on serrapetase and the question as to whether it can be absorbed into the bloodstream (transport via the M cells of Peyer's patches has been suggested as a possible mechanism for the absorption of fibrinolytic enzymes).

Also, the video is just plain cool. As frustrated as I get sometimes with my health issues, the more I learn the more shocked I am that, given the body's complexity, anything functions at all. "I am fearfully and wonderfully made."
