64 diagnosed nov 16. I’m taking c-l 100/75. I’ve had a lot of problems with cramping toes feet & legs. Recently decided to try theraworx. It seems to be helping. Tonight my feet wouldn’t quit jerking so I rubbed it in on my feet and calf’s and also took an amantadine tablet. I have watched 2 movies without my feet waving around. I’m not associated with it other than a satisfied user. I use the foam version. There’s one more benefit. When I put it on at night

It keeps my hands from cramping I paid around $19. Walmart probably on Amazon also

Interesting product! I notice that it is actually a homeopathic form of epsom salts / magnesium sulphate which would also have a similar effect. Magnesium chloride oil would also have a similar effect, but this foam version seems like it would be fairly nice on the skin for topical application. Not cheap at about $20 for 7.1 ounces, but if it works well for the purpose, possibly worth it.

amazon.com/Magnesium-Sorene...

I have been having good results with this product. Months ago Art suggested I try a magnesium oil sold on Amazon. I’d been using a very expensive ‘butter’ I had purchased from my acupuncturist. I also bought the cream, same brand Art suggested, but didn’t like the feel of the oil and the cream was close to impossible to squeeeze out of the bottle. This product has helped not only my sore shoulders and neck, but seems to control that restless inner tremor feeling in my left arm and hand, and stiffness in my upper lip when I am off. I apply liberally two to three times a day. It is a butter, so some might not like the feel. I told Art I’d report back, so I am. Works as well if not better than the super expensive one.

I was diagnosed the same week as you were. I’d been having troubles with painful cramping in my toes. I was prescribed Sinemet, which has helped a great deal with minor symptoms-Difficulty in writing and typing, diminished arm swing. Then I read that magnesium can help with cramping. I got a bottle of 250 mg tablets of magnesium and the results have been wonderful. I take one tablet in the morning with my sinemet and have just minor symptoms that appear from time to time.

Thanks I was taking magnesium supplements and it did stop the nighttime cramps. I was taking 1 400 mg at night before bed
