Swollen feet and ankles

Does anyone else get swollen feet and ankles? I only take Amantadine for PD and Duloxatine and Gabapentin for pain from neuropathy. My Neurologist said she didn’t know which meds were causing it. So we left all meds the same🙄 But now they are swelling up to the point that I am having a lot of discomfort.

I’m sorry my grandson posted that reply😮 they like to sneak my phone! I had my thyroid checked a few years ago and again last year and each time it was fine.

Both or either the amantadine or gabapentin may be the culprit. When it comes to side effects of meds, I've had better luck talking to my the pharmacist where I get my prescriptions filled. Give them a call!

Thanks Christymw 🤗I will give them a call since I don’t have another appointment with my neurologist until June.

Amantadine causes swollen ankles in me, along with a mottled discoloration of my legs. I take 100 mg three times a day, for almost four years.

I also have the discoloring in my legs. I also take 100MG three times a day and was hoping it was a temporary thing, but if you still have it I am pretty disappointed and concerned as the swelling as you know causes pain and I already have neuropathy. Always something more to look forward to🙄 oh well.Thank you for replying and have a beautiful day.🤗

If you are over 55 years old. The swelling my be related to a vein problem in your legs.
