HDT and citrus

Just noticed I'm not supposed to take HDT with citrus or pineapple juice. Does anyone know if it's okay to consume those juices otherwise, just not at dosing time?

I have ignored that instruction and as far as I can tell it is not made any difference.

I hope that is the case as I love my freshly juiced oranges.

So far I've been doing a bit better with HDT (2 weeks in now).

Dr Constantini told my husband not to put it in lemon , orange, pineapple juice , I didn’t ask why , he said squash was ok 😀
