Physical therapy / Crazy?

I don't recommend this for everyone especially without a helmet but perhaps for those cyclists out there and early on setters looking to build body core and balance this has worked for me. Check out the link it is me last year after a good dose of mucuna!

How are you doing after one year of this

Winter arrived so I didn't get on it too much but I will this spring. I need to buy a new one with a larger wheel.

Do you still use only mucuna? Or added some medicines as well

It's only been mucuna until last month I added b1

Well done Steven! Can’t imagine 99.99% of the population could achieve what you have!

Awesome! I agree is important to challenge ourselves as much as we are physically able.

You must have good balance. It's great that you can do this exercise. Keep up the good work!

If I tried that you would not see me as I disappeared into the curve of the earth. I might be able to get on but not off? You did it with ease and good balance... inspiring to watch.

I would be lying if I said I did it in one run! It took me about an hour of practicing before I got it. The stupid thing was listening to my son when he told me to take my helmet off for the video. Luckily he got the video on my first take. You're right about unicycles getting up is one thing it's learning how to let the unicycle kick out so you don't go down with it when you fall.

I'm glad you normally wear a helmet. Your son just wanted you to look cool. Thanks for sharing.
