Cauliflower rice

Brilliant Mrs WTP idea for a low carb high mannitol food. Cauliflower rice. Chop a cauliflower in a food processor until couscous texture. Fry in a teaspoon of oil with salt pepper and a little cumin. Serve in place of rice. We had paprika pork (BBC dopamine-diet) brussel sprouts and cauliflower rice. And a glass of red wine.

Sounds delicious. I'm a vegetarian but I'm sure I could find something to replace the pork! Thank you, Mrs WTP.

I've seen cauliflower rice in the freezer section near the other frozen vegetables, ready to steam in the package.

I make “mashed potatoes “ with cauliflower and it is delicious! Lots of good recipes, but I prefer the one with lots of garlic and buttermilk. I like a touch of truffle oil
