I'd like to start a discussion focusing on one symptom, tremors and one remedy, distraction of the mind from the tremors.
I have seen many comments intermingled with discussions of other symptoms like dyskinesia and other remedies like meds.
I like to think that if I could get better at letting distraction happen, I could reduce tremors while reducing med use. I do not know of side effects from distraction.
Even if you repeat what you previously posted on this subject, I would appreciate seeing it again.
Thanks

I use it every night to go to sleep. Does not work every time but often enough to keep trying.
Multi tiered tech. When the tremor is aggressive I have my wife massage my arm. She is needed less often and I hope it's due to my 4g daily of thiamine hcl. Then there is meditation focused on relaxing muscles, adjusting my head position on the pillow, positioning my tremor arm across my left arm, inching my tremor arm fwd or backward as that tension gives relief, resting my tremor arm on my hip, et al
Years ago a friend saw my huge tremor and he told me to lie on my back, listen to Enya type music and as I breathed in, say Peace silently and Quiet Arm as I breathed out. I thought it was silly but harmless. The first time. I tried it, it took 1/2 hour for the tremor to stop, but it did. When I tried it again, it took 15 minutes, then 5 and soon I could skip the music and lying down and just will it to stop. That was probably 6 or 7 years ago and it. still works.
