How soon after you had "internal tremors" did you have fairly regular VISIBLE tremors?

My parkinsons started around 9 months ago with a "left thumb visible tremor."

Since then... i got thousands of "internal tremors" daily (arms, face, eyes)

I would great appreciate feedback from this community on 'when' your own tremors became visible 'after' your internal tremors.

I had internal tremors before dx but have not developed a visible tremor some 6&half years later. You may not develop a tremor. My arm can shake if i do too mych at once e.g eating n chatting. I put it down to too many tasks for brain so arm shakes so brain can concentrate on other tasks

Try to relax. Stress makes things worse. Read all u can bout PD- this forum is great for advice take a deep breathe and get to know ur new companion. Daphne Bryne who is on this site hasjust had book published 'parkinsons and the B1 therapy' on kindle n book via amazon. This is worth considering.

The disease is slow so you hv time to digest any info and make a decision on what meds, supplements, exercise you chiose to do.

Stay fit engaged and positive. Its not that bad once accepted.

Kind of hard to accept when it has caused debilitating anxiety that no meds seem to be able to control without putting me asleep.

One of the positives for me with Mannitol is it cured apathy n that helps stress/anxiety

Thank you very soon after I believed to have gotten Parkinson's disease I did lots of reading watching videos and I learned about B1 therapy from doctor constantini but I could not see enough supporting evidence for B1 therapy I do take tons of vitamins everyday including all of my B1 vitamins
