Had my father try it all. Made him a 850nm and a 670nm Eliza hat as mentioned in Jeeves' original thread a while back:

However, there wasn't any noticeable benefit and couldn't duplicate Max Burr's results. Later, even bought the Vielight810 in hopes that it could do something the other wavelengths couldn't do, but again, nothing . Gave it all about 6 months. The whole idea of photobiomodulation therapy was fascinating, however getting any tangible results from our efforts was a different story.

I tried it. No help at all. Slight placebo effect for a while. I did enjoy lying down for 20 minutes per day though.

I use my far infrared Jade stone heating pad almost every single night. You can look it up on eBay or Amazon. They have different sizes, I have a small one. It helps with pain and it makes you feel better, it supports your Chi. I do have an near infrared sauna unit that I can hang up in my shower. It felt good when I did it however since I don't have a dedicated place for it it's just too much trouble. That is my only experience with infrared.

I've used a Richway Bio Mat as Parkie 13 just explained, but mine has amethyst and tourmaline in it, not jade. I think it helps me a lot...it helps my back pain and over all makes me feel normal so i don't take my Carbadopa/Levadopa in the evening while I'm sitting on it. It's been designated as a medical device by the FDA. I'm a fan!

I just discussed with Dr. Quinn, my Neurologist, yesterday about starting Infrared Heat Therapy for the nephropathy in my feet and legs. It is mind numbing pain! I have tried many, many things to help with the pain, but the screaming continues! I'm giving the Infrared Heat Therapy my open minded best! I'll keep you informed, I think, I hope. No, no I will, I'll remember.

Try theraworx for pain in your feet. No prescription needed Rub the foam into feet and legs to alleviate cramps and pain ...keep using it to prevent pain

We use the local swimming pools sauna. It helps achy joints but my husbands heating regulation doesn’t work well so sometimes he can’t tolerate it.

Not what you're looking for?
