I have suffered for years with neuropathy in my feet and legs. The pain was unbearable at times. For the last 6 to 8 months I have been using an Infrared Heat Therapy Healing Jade Mat(recommended by my physical therapist) to wrap my legs in. I have been using it 4 to 6 times a week for about 45 minutes to an hour. The first 5 months were uneventful and I was becoming discouraged. I stuck with it and the next month my pain began to lesson, the tingling and burning began to subside. I was still having so many bad days but I was feeling a change and truly was afraid to breath thinking it may go away. Now my legs and feet are getting happier every day! It seems the infrared healing and re-growing new nerves. I don't know all the scientific jargon and personally don't care how it works it just does! I bought my mat on Amazon. I also have a smaller mat to use on my back, hoping to get some good results there too.

Dear JJ, Altho' you have posted, I lost sight of you 2 years ago and feared that you had abandoned this site. It is always exciting to see your pretty face and to read your posts. Your frankness is as rare as it is refreshing. I am so happy to see you again and learn about your success with the heating pad. This should interest everyone who is dealing with neuropathy. Your perseverance over 5 months with the heating pad is an amazing story and nothing short of admirable. Thank you for your unique contributions to this community.
