I love a good red wine, but the supplements I take (along with exercise) tend to make me yearn more for ice water than anything else. However, twice this week I did enjoy a tasty cote-de-rhone and found it very relaxing, extending the relief I get from Dopa Mucuna.

BTW, I always enjoy your well-researched but plain-spoken, common sensical vlogs.

There is a balance needed with alcohol. I think we will find over time 5hat these studies are flawed. I like to drink a small wine occasionally. I buy organic hopefully has lower pesticides. Sometimes wine helps me with digestive issues from pd.
