Parkinson's Therapy
Dr. Sarah King is a PD physical therapist. I think her website is called invigorate. She's in Austin, Texas. A lot of videos. Live webinars.
Try LSVT certified therapy. It helped me.
Maybe your neurologist can suggest someone. Sometimes there is a physical therapy unit associated with the neurology practice.
I do rocksteadyboxing.org and I take Emergen C for rigidity. The Emergen C took about 3 weeks to kick in. It has 1,000 mg of Vit C, B vitamins, magnesium & electrolytes.
You can order exercise videos from OhioHealth called Delay the Disease. They teach classes in various parts of country but don't see any listed in Dallas currently. The site is DelayTheDisease.com and it has links to purchase the books/dvd's on amazon -- if you get both its around $70 total but very helpful.
Also are you linked with the Dallas Parkinsons Support group - DAPS.US -- think they offer classes and may have recommendations of therapists.
I'm the assistant coach for Empower Parkinsons classes in the DFW area. The lead coach is Dr. Alison Geymer. Her telephone number is 682-593-1374. Her email address is EmpowerParkinsons@gmail.com.
Alison is a certified Physical Therapist with an active client base & asked that her contact information be sent to you. I believe she can help you get & stay stronger (and, if you were to join our classes, so could I).
