I wold like to try the B1 therapy Daphne Bryan wrote about, but I have no idea where to find a doctor who will assist me through it. Is there anyone in Michigan who is doing this under a doctor's care, especially in the metro Detroit area? If that isn't available, I'm willing to go elsewhere, but I have no idea where to begin the search.

B1 is safe enough that you don't need a doctor's supervision. Besides there aren't any who would know enough about it. Just read Daphnes's book or do a search B1 on this site.

you don’t need a doctor. It’s trial and error and results vary by individual
Your neurologist will likely tell you: a) not to do it or, b) that it’s not effective, or c) they don’t know anything about it.
Yes good luck even talking to neuro about it. B1 therapy is still not a game changer for my HWP. I think it's bc he had much pain from back condition it's hard to separate from PD. Looking to reduce gabapentin bc of fatigue. He takes 300mg 3x day alternating w Rytary. Tried many supplements no real game changer yet.
