Indeed, long but lots, lots of PD information. I have been reading it for a while and still need to read it more. Didn't know that Chinese cinnamon has natural L-dopa.

Not sure if we can get Chinese cinnamon here in Johannesburg. The ordinary culinary cinnamon is not as effective apparently. :-)

As far as I can understand this is just an advert for a book which covers all ailments, probably a quite expensive book, far too many lists of foods which would take an age to get through.
