Does the b1 have to have the hcl ? I have b1 but it has no hcl on the end

The bottle should say what version of B1 it contains. If it does not and you intend on using high doses then you should probably shop for some B1 which is described as thiamine HCI. Some B1s are water soluble and some are oil soluble. The oil soluble varieties can build up over time which could cause some issues. The water soluble thiamine HCI is excreted very quickly and does not accumulate the way the oil soluble varieties will.

If you cannot find thiamine HCI in a store you can find it on amazon.

Look on the back of the bottle for ingredients

There is no hcl or oils mentioned in the ingredients

Your progression has actually stopped from using B1?

Compare my symptoms a year ago, example, my wife assisting me to get dressed, today I require no assist. Other symptoms non-existent today. Reversed is probably a better description as well. See my profile.

I'm not sure if reversed is the best word but myself I'm better than a year ago. We will see next year if the reversed is the word but stopped will be a good word ,too.
