Hi there, I have tingling at times but I think it’s from the PD itself and some dystonia not from my sinemet . I take 6+ 25/100 a day . Has this been gapping for long for you and does the tingling subside when the medication is wearing off. ? Karen

Just started about two days ago. I have only been on Sinimet for about 3 weeks. Today it is much better. Still trying to get a routine going.

Been diagnosed over a year ago. Took me this long to give into the meds. Hoping not to add another one too soon. But I did read that gabapentin would be helpful.

Sinemet titration takes a couple of months. After that period the tingling will go away.Your body will adapt to the Dopamine changes as a result of taking Sinemet.

I have the tingling, but I had it before I took Sinemet.
