Does anyone have problems with tingling and numbness in their toes? Also, is there anyone who has trouble with their limbs going to sleep?

I get a tingling feeling in my left leg, though often it is not constant. I always thought it med related as it is usually upon coming on or off of meds as inbetween doses.

I have fairly significant numbness and tingling in my hands and feet - diagnosed as peripheral neuropathy. There are multiple causes of neuropathy, including diabetes, side effect of drugs, nerve damage from accidents or toxins. etc. My neurologist verified this and determined the type of neuropathy (e.g. neuropathy due to damage of the axon or the nerve sheath) though an EMG. The best help I have received for these symptoms is through physical therapy. It is important to follow up on this, as when combined with a loss of balance it can result in falls. This is especially true in circumstances where you cannot compensate visually.

I seem to recall this as "Parasthesia", can be another symptom of PD.

Had it for ages in left foot and more recently a bit in the right. In left foot for a significant time longer than for PD Dx.

Its not particularly bad but irritating enough to make using the clutch pedal rather awkward. I bought an automatic so that eliminated the need for a clutch.

Yes there's an army of red ants under my skin . Klonopin helps me fall asleep and it's gone in the morning, depending on what I've eaten previous day.

neuropathy can occur with PD. Try taking a good quality B complex supplement. My husband took Shaklee brand with decent results

I have a little tingling in my feet but am significantly bothered by numbness and tingling in hands and fingers. It's now difficult to pick small things up and tie shoes, etc. Finger tips feel useless. Do those of you with foot issues have this in your hands/fingers as well?

Oh yeah. My left foot developed challenges. To cure this challenge my wife gave me a foot message. I scored a foot spa at a thrift store. Do often. Do not know if curing challenge. I enjoy both machines immensely.
