Just started Thiamine using powder. Currently taking one teaspoon and am trying to verify the gram equivalent

Milligrams scales are inexpensive. $30-$40. Depending on how much is in your teaspoon, of course, if it's rounded, it's probably well over the 2 g per dose recommendation. More like 10 to 20 g. A salt spoon is more like a gram.

I have a scale. A very loose teaspoon is about 2 g

He's right. I'm wrong. How do you take it from a spoon? Stuff tastes awful, i.e., you must mix it in with some food?

My husband puts his in to squash- blackcurrant( not lemon orange grapefruit- Dr Costantini advice) it’s quite bitter but after a while he has become accustomed to it. We bought some Salter micro scales, teaspoons , even measuring spoons do vary especially when you want to be accurate 😀

What's the advantage of the powder over the capsules, which are so much easier?
