Natural high potency MAO-B inhibitors

John Pepper mentions use of an MAO-B inhibitor as part of his recovery. Does anyone know of, better yet, successfully used, a naturally sourced one? I’ve read several pages on the web about various plants as sources, however nothing I’ve found has mentioned use cases or potency etc.

These extracts were ranked in the second of five levels of MAO-B inhibitive strength. There are reasons for using these supplements aside from MAO-B inhibition, but on that criterion four ranked higher in the first level:

... The herbal extracts showing greatest potency included Amur Corktree (Phellodendron amurense), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra and Glycyrrhiza uralensis), Psoralea Fruit (Psoralea corylifolia (PC)) and Bakuchi Seed (Cyamopsis psoralioides)...

Some herbs are said to be Mao inhibitors but only inhibit Mao-a and not b meaning they don’t boost Dopamine mainly serotonin- good for anxiety. Passion flower being an example

Licorice root, yes but only a certain type. I think its a Chinese variety. I tried the sticks and a dropper bottle of extract but it did nothing.

Oat grass or oat straw is said to have mao b inhibiting properties and is sold as a neurotropic supplement.

I am a big believer in using natural products whenever possible. The only, and big, problem is the consistency of potency across the suppliers. And even within the same supplier. It is for that reason I try to purchase standardized products whenever possible. They cost more but I know the quality and quantity of what I am taking.

Nicotine and red capsicum as well as other members of the nightshade family such as tomatoes are all good sources I believe.
