Mannitol

Some people find Mannitol helpful. I gave it a try but unfortunately I am one of the people it doesn't agree with. I purchased 5 x 200g bottles for $50 each from The Melbourne Food Ingredient Depot. Is anyone in Australia interested in buying 4 of these from me for $130 plus postage? If interested please send a message to me direct.

It is necessary to take Beano before consuming mannitol, otherwise you will be subject to intestinal bloating and gas.

Did you take the alpha galactosidase with it? Without it, some people will develop too much gastrointestinal distress.

That is the other active component in the Syncolein product that offsets the gastro issues. Common name is Beano at your local drug store. The Walmart house brand Equate has a plain wrap version at about one fourth the cost of Beano. One pill instead of two also.
