I have been doing some interval running /walking and I get deep chest pains when I run for more than 30 seconds. I have been diagnosed for 7 years and am on Carbidopa/Levadopa + Selegel/ine + a host of supplements after that..
I never really felt this until I got on the C/L at the end of last Summer. Thanks for sharing any experience and/or solution to this.

If you are getting short of breath with exertion you may want to make sure that you aren't retaining fluid (check your ankles for any new swelling) and that you don't have an issue with leaky heart valves. See your MD or cardiologist. They may want a stress echocardiogram done just to make sure.
I have shothness of breath for 2 years and believe it is an indication that your medication is due to wear off soon. I use this as a notification to take my meds before I go fully off. I had by heart checked iin hospital and all was ok. . I had to have my thyroid removed due to growth of nodules but I was still breathless.
You can check the wearing off time from when you start to become breathless and when you are not doing tasks likely to cause breathlessness.
When I become breathless I know that I will have difficulty walking within the next 30 minutes. I use an app on my iphone called Medisafe where Ikeep the time to take all medication.
I am currentluy only on for 2-3 hours and am awaiting DBS appointment
I hope this helps but have your heart checked anyway.
Thank you all for your reply! My cardiologist found nothing, and it is still an ongoing issue that I simply manage. It’s worse when running than with swimming. I have more general PD issues with gait/balance, so perhaps that is why it affects my legs more..
