If you are taking trivastal/piribedil you should get a blood pressure cuff and monitor yourself for orthostatic hypotension. Feeling lightheaded upon standing is a symptom. If this happens you risk further damage if you continue.

After taking trivastal/piribedil I suffered devastating impairment of my postural blood pressure regulation system. This resulted not only in low blood pressure upon standing but also high blood pressure upon lying down. We are talking over 200 systolic. Normal for me is 110-120 systolic. If you are taking his medication you need to monitor your blood pressure. Daily.
