Thank you ! I was just thinking about looking up on hand, wrist, finger activities. I do have a hand gripper to squeeze, and I squeeze a clean plastic mustard container....Also, even though I do upper arm exercise with weights, I still have a hard time getting that right arm straight out, and up in order to put on a jacket.
I am finding improvement by exercising my whole arm. Stretching my shoulder, straightening my arm out, bending wrist forwards and backwards. I found my whole arm was stiff. I also do finger exercises. There are some for PD on Youtube. After exercising for a week or 2 my signature improved.
Use hand squeezer. Will actually reduce relax tremors
As has been discussed before, just moving helps
I have plain bands with no finger holes and i use when just watching tv. Hand feels better for the stretchh.
