Interesting article. It seems to skirt the industry's greatest challenge however: we don't want ridiculous price points on the drugs people need to save lives or relieve symptoms, but we also don't want to kill the incentive for the continued research of diseases yet in need of better solutions. Regs that allow a FAIR return on a pharma/research company's investment BEFORE turning over the fruits of their labor to generic 'pirates' (ultimately based in India, China, etc) would be a good, fair start...
